Ryze Above Training Inc. was founded in 2025 by our CEO, Ryan Davis. Our mission is to empower under-served youth in Southeast Lancaster through elite basketball skill development, mentorship, and positive life guidance. We provide high-quality, accessible training and mentorship opportunities to help young athletes rise above challenges and reach their full potential-on and off the court.

Ryan Davis first found his love for basketball at a young age. He first got his start on the Celebration Church C.I.T.I. travel basketball team based out of Columbia, MD. From there, he went on to play Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball at Glenelg High School in Maryland where he received 2018 Howard County Player of the Year as well as 1st Team All-County honors. Following graduation in 2018, Ryan went on to play NCAA Division II basketball for Millersville University where he helped the Marauders to countless playoff appearances including a PSAC championship and NCAA Division II tournament run in 2021/22. As a successful college athlete, our CEO used his passion for youth development paired with his broad skill-set and expertise of the sport to start the Ryze Above Training nonprofit organization to give underprivileged youth the opportunity to make their dreams come true!
